7th ATU-Net Board Meeting
14 May 2020: The 7th ATU-Net Board Meeting was held on 14 May 2020 by Live Zoom application and was hosted by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, UTM Johor Bahru from 2.30 pm until 4.00 pm. The board meeting was chaired by UTM Vice Chancellor, Prof. Datuk Ir. Dr. Wahid bin Omar. In the meeting, the chairman welcomed ATU-Net members, new members and observers for attending the online board meeting.

The meeting was attended by 13 member institution representatives from international and local universities, including Universiti Tun Hussein Onn (UTHM), Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM), Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP), Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT), Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT), Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology (MSUIIT), Heavy Industries Taxila Education City University (HITEC University), Suranaree University of Technology (SUT), Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB) and Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IITG).

The new ATU-Net members that have joined the meeting were Medi-caps University, Daffodil International University, Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) and Thanlyin University. There were four observers for this meeting from Telkom University, Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR), Universitas Riau (UNRI) and Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta. The 7th ATU-Net board meeting mostly discussed about student activities, staff activities, membership and other matters arising.
